Nutritional & Fitness Programs

Exercise Physiologist Jason Hagen B.Sc., B.Kin., M.Sc.,

Initial sessions for all programs must take place in the morning with a 12 hour fast and no exercise 2 days prior.

Follow up appointments usually take place one week later.

Intermediate Exercise Program

Client learns the same information as the Basic Program (RMR and general guidelines for healthy eating). In addition, they are given a tailored exercise plan and sample menu for their caloric goals.

Intermediate Nutrition Program

Client learns the same information as me Basic Program (RMR and general guidelines for healthy eating). In addition, they are given specific nutritional guidelines for health concerns, including assessment of any nutrient deficiencies and system imbalances.

• Nutri-body assesment

Advanced Program

For an in-depth assessment of both fitness and nutritional status the Advanced program is ideal. This program is best for clients with health concerns as it is the most comprehensive.

Basic Program

Client learns their basic metabolic rate (the number of calories the body burns to maintain vital functions only) and has a look at general guidelines for healthier eating. This program is most helpful for those who do NOT have chronic illness or major health concerns and only require some basic lifestyle changes.
